1. Purpose of the Data Protection Policy

2. Personal Data Governance

Addict Mobile Technology has developed a personal data governance policy.

3. Definitions

“Anonymization” refers to the process of transforming personal data in such a way that identification is irreversibly prevented.
“Collect” means gathering personal data, particularly through questionnaires or online forms.
“Consent” refers to any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which they agree to the processing of their personal data.
“Providers” broadly refers to service providers, subcontractors, and entities working in collaboration with Addict Mobile Technology.

Once the retention period has expired, the data is destroyed from Addict Mobile Technology’s information system.

9.6 Commitment to security and confidentiality

Addict Mobile Technology undertakes to implement security measures appropriate to the degree of sensitivity of personal data in order to protect it against any malicious intrusion, loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorized third parties.

9.8 Control of transfers outside the European Union

Personal data transmitted to Addict Mobile Technology by European nationals in accordance with the agreed purposes will be transferred to a country within or outside the European Union.
In the event of a transfer to a country outside the European Union, rules have been put in place to ensure the protection and security of this information.
In all cases, Addict Mobile Technology takes all necessary and appropriate measures to ensure the security of personal data.

Cookies or other tracers are defined as tracers deposited and read, for example, when a website is consulted, an e-mail is read, or software or a mobile application is installed or used, regardless of the type of terminal used.
