Is Creathor available on macOS and Windows?
Yes, Creathor is available for both macOs and windows platforms.
How can I use my licence on another computer?
Currently, the license can be used only on one machine.
How do I activate CreaThor once installed?
You will need to use license code and email on the first launch of Creathor. Then it is quite simple, you just need to follow the steps described in the documentation. Access the documentation here.
Does CreaThor require an internet access?
Yes indeed, we need it to log in.
Can I use all the feature with my Creathor licence?
Yes! Indeed, all CreaThor features are included whatever your plan is.
Do every parameters need to be added manually in the plug-in?
Yes for now, but once you have set up all the parameters, it is easy to generate the variations as only a few clicks are needed. Also, you can add new properties on the go when you need to test another market, or another series of elements, etc….
In the future, we will implement an option that can collect specific properties from the project or grab all effects from specific layer, for example “Controller” layer to ease the process.
Is localization automated and can we use sheets or excels?
Not yet, this feature is in our roadmap and will be available very soon. Stay tuned!
Can the naming convention be personalized to my workflow?
Yes, you can customize properties and group names and output file name as well. Learn how to personalize the naming convention here.
What happens if someone is getting a AE project made with CreaThor but he does not have the plugin?
They can use the project without any issues but they wouldn’t be able to use localization, add new properties, iterate through creative designs and batch export files
How can I manage the safezones from the platforms?
You can manage safezones inside the “Formats” feature
How long doest it take for CreaThor to render a batch of videos?
All rendering occurs in the Media Encoder so the speed depends on how powerful your machine is.
How do I deactivate my licence?
